They've always been unused, and, curiously, no 'ialias'es had ever gotten
added for any other 'libgomp/oacc-[...].c' files.  Minor fix-up for
Subversion r219682 (Git commit 41dbbb3789850dfea98dd8984f69806284f87b6e)
"Merge current set of OpenACC changes from gomp-4_0-branch".
