Technically this is no longer necessary as everything will be
removed along with the ignored ghost code removal.
gcc/ada/ChangeLog:
* sem_prag.adb (Analyze_Pragma): Remove overflow supression
workaround.
Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
