Hi Steve,
The backports have been approved by Segher. You can upstream the patches
to the respective release branches. As Segher pointed out, please 
upstream first to GCC-16 and then to GCC-15. Also, the usual practice is
to let the patch stay on trunk for a while before backporting to ensure
that there are no regressions.

Will you be able to upstream, or do you need help with it?
