Sorry for breaking these tests. This problem is very hard to reproduce. However, I had a patch to fix another compile-time problem which may be related to this one. http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2012-09/msg01491.html
After applying the patch, the PCH related bugs are not showing any more on my machines.
