This seems to be because of the flag_concepts check earlier in the function.
Should something else be changed so the error works in earlier versions

Sorry about that! I kept the commit msg from before i moved the test and
forgot to update the ChangeLog. I'll update it in a v2 if the patch
doesn't need other changes as well.
