I've been thinking about it a few times, and I think I still want to exclude it. We have no BOOL_MIN and BOOL_MAX macros for a reason. This pair of operators only makes sense where *_MIN and *_MAX are currently used (and extending to _Generic selections of those same types). I'll update the wg14 proposal with this.
