Hello, The system compilers on VxWorks for PowerPC are configured as Linux compilers, driven by an integrated dev environment, so our configuration for VxWorks PPC has a lot in common with the Linux variants.
This patch provides prototypes for target hooks dragged in through linux.h, in a similar fashion as the ppc*-linux ports do, preventing build failures with recent base compilers. We have been using this successfully in our GCC 14 based series of toolchains for a few months now, and mainline for --target=powerpc-wrs-vxworks7r2 now builds successfully as well Committing to mainline. Olivier -- 2025-10-20 Olivier Hainque <[email protected]> * config.gcc (powerpc*-wrs-vxworks7r*): Add linux-protos.h to tm_p_file.
