What other "typical" SSE FP ops do we have? The add_stmt_cost for the SLP case tries to reverse engineer this a bit. I'm not sure it makes sense to add a SSE FP op fallback - we should use more specific costs for special operations like min/max or sqrt. Likewise bitwise ops should probably ignore that they might operate on FP modes (similar for shuffles).
