The GNAT reference manual stated that GNAT did not implement this
language-defined package, but GNAT in fact does offer an implementation
of it.
gcc/ada/ChangeLog:
* doc/gnat_rm/standard_library_routines.rst: Fix documentation.
* gnat_rm.texi: Regenerate.
* gnat_ugn.texi: Regenerate.
Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
