gcc/ada/ChangeLog:

        * doc/gnat_ugn/building_executable_programs_with_gnat.rst: Move
        the LLVM chapter one level up.
        * gnat_ugn.texi: Regenerate.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
