To reproduce:
$ cd {build_dir}/gcc && make check
RUNTESTFLAGS="tree-ssa.exp=gcc.dg/tree-ssa/andnot-2.c
--target_board='unix{-m32\ -march=cascadelake}'"
$ cd {build_dir}/gcc && make check
RUNTESTFLAGS="tree-ssa.exp=gcc.dg/tree-ssa/andnot-2.c
--target_board='unix{-m64\ -march=cascadelake}'"
