I suggest we adapt the MODE according to --param=riscv-autovec-lmul, so that we
could flexible using different LMUL according to
compile option.
Suggested adapt codes as follows:

Also, this patch reminds me we are missing some more similiar builtin function
which can use RVV:
strlen, strcpy, strcmp...etc
They are implemented in rvv-next:

Hi,
this patch adds a vectorized rawmemchr expander.
It's basically strstr but for 8, 16 and 32-byte needles.
Apart from adjusting the common-code tests I re-used a
similar test that Stefan added to the s390 backend.
