Random fact: there have been no changes to nvptx.md in 2023 apart from Jakub's tree-wide update to the copyright years in early January.
Please can I ping two of my of pending Nvidia nvptx patches: "Correct pattern for popcountdi2 insn in nvptx.md" from January https://gcc.gnu.org/pipermail/gcc-patches/2023-January/609571.html and "Update nvptx's bitrev<mode>2 pattern to use BITREVERSE rtx" from June https://gcc.gnu.org/pipermail/gcc-patches/2023-June/620994.html Both of these still apply cleanly (because nvptx.md hasn't changed).
