Recreate gccgo branch from gcc 4.7 branch

The gccgo branch has gotten into a bit of a mess, since I was doing
merges from trunk and then switched to doing merges from 4.7 branch.  I
just deleted the whole branch and recreated it as a copy from 4.7
branch.
