        * svalue.cc
        (cmp_cst): Rename to...
        (cmp_csts_same_type): ...this.  Convert all recursive calls to
        calls to...
        (cmp_csts_and_types): ....this new function.
        (svalue::cmp_ptr): Update for renaming of cmp_cst
