gcc/configure: out of date

Hello.

I noticed that when I run:
ACLOCAL=~/bin/automake-1.15.1/bin/aclocal  
AUTOMAKE=~/bin/automake-1.15.1/bin/automake autoconf
in gcc subfolder I get the following diff:
