Segher, Will: The following patch set is adds the 128-bit integer operation support and fixes a bug found in the existing support. This is the third version of the patch set. The first five patches have minor updates based on previous reviews. The last patch has a number of functional changes to get the 128-bit conversion support to use the new hardware instrucitons on Power 10. The existing software support is used for Power 9 and earlier platforms.
