Will, Segher: This patch adds support for converting to/from 128-bit integers and 128-bit decimal floating point formats.
Version 3: No functional changes. Tested on Power 8BE, Power9, Power10. Version 2: Updated ChangeLog comments. Fixed up comments in the test program. Re-tested the patch on Power 9 with no regression errors.
