[PATCH] New test for PR rtl-optimization/96298.

I was considering committing this new test case as obvious, however I've
decided to err on the side of caution and ask folks whether they have
any suggestions or improvements to my proposed dejagnu directives.
This test now passes with the recently committed fix for this regression,
but fails without it on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.
Thoughts?
