* einfo.adb, einfo.ads, exp_util.adb: Remove Invariants_Ignored
flag.
* sem_prag.adb (Invariant): Instead of setting a flag to be
checked elsewhere, remove the pragma as soon as it is analyzed
and checked for legality.
