This patch removes completely the processing associated with -gnatt. Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

* gcc-interface/Makefile.in, gcc-interface/Make-lang.in: Remove
references to tree_gen.o tree_in.o tree_io.o.
