Please find a set of 5 patches as this:
[ARC] Introduce ADJUST_REG_ALLOC_ORDER.
This patch just cleans the old way of changing the register allocation
order and uses a gcc macro specially made for this task.
[ARC] Enable code density frame option for elf targets.
The compress instruction for frame are there for a while, but they are
not enabled by default when using Os, just do it.
[ARC] Define TARGET_HAVE_SPECULATION_SAFE_VALUE.
New macro fixes a dejagnu failure.
[ARC] Fix tst_movb pattern.
Fixes dejagnu failure.
[ARC] Refactor deprecated macros.
Old macros replaced with their newer equivalent.
