Please always quote the exact error message and a bit of context, and please use GCC Bugzilla to report such issues. But yes, I've run into this, too, and just filed <https://gcc.gnu.org/PR87587> "[...]/libstdc++-v3/src/c++11/cxx11-shim_facets.cc:271:28: error: empty class 'std::integral_constant<bool, true>' parameter passing ABI changes in -fabi-version=12 (GCC 8) [-Werror=abi]".
