Also add tests for experimental::file_status.

        * include/bits/fs_dir.h (file_status): Make default constructor
        non-explicit (LWG 2787).
        * testsuite/27_io/filesystem/file_status/1.cc: New test.
        * testsuite/experimental/filesystem/file_status/1.cc: New test.

Tested powerpc64le-linux, committed to trunk.
