libgo patch committed: Fix go-nosys.c when HAVE_SYSCALL is not defined

This patch from Tony Reix fixes the compilation of go-nosys.c when
HAVE_SYSCALL is not defined.  Bootstrapped on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.
