Fix profile updating in shrink wrapping

Hi,
shrink-wrap misses profile update in handle_simple_exit.

Profiledbootstrapped/regtested x86_64-linux, comitted.

        * shrink-wrap.c (handle_simple_exit): Update profile.
        (try_shrink_wrapping): Upate profile.
