[PATCH] Remove invalid alias declaration from _Node_handle

This alias-declaration isn't valid (it should go through
allocator_traits) but isn't needed anyway.

        * include/bits/node_handle.h (_Node_handle): Remove invalid and unused
        alias declaration.

Tested powerpc64le-linux, committing to trunk.
