How about saying "...the sources for these libraries..." or so,
such that people don't get to believe we are providing/downloading
binaries?
I was going to offer to apply the patch for you since you do not
appear in gcc/MAINTAINERS, but it seems you do have an account on
gcc.gnu.org after all? Do you need to update MAINTAINERS still?
