So, Objective-C++ should be toggled on at least once for this. If it builds,
it should be fine; though the entire objc++ test suite is tiny (by comparison
to c). This can be done on linux or any host.
The final full native bootstrap and testsuite regressions were done
which included objcp and all the other languages not in this patch. So
I think it ought to be fine.
