[OpenACC 0/7] host_data construct

Hi!

    This patch series adds the handling of OpenACC host_data construct
    in the C and C++ front-ends, gimple, and supporting functions in
    libgomp. Commentary on the changes is included in each individual
    patch.

    All of the code is in the gomp-4_0-branch.

    Regtested on x86_64-linux.
