The fact that ARCtangent-A5 is obsolete is not a reason in itself to delete the support for it . However, as we have no-one who wants to keep these bits in working order - in fact, it is presumed to be incomplete / bitrotted by now - would-be users of that old processor variant will be better off with an older version of the compiler, and removing the old stuff makes
maintenance of the current port easier.

I have committed your patch with a fixed ChangeLog entry.
