General comment on the ChangeLog entries in all your patches:
1) two spaces before < rather than one.
2) each filename in the ChangeLog should be preceeded by tab followed by
   * and space.  So:
        * compile: Recreate.
3) perhaps drop the Use automake-1.11.6. line and just write:
        * compile: Regenerated with automake-1.11.6.
        * config.guess: Likewise.
        * config.sub: Likewise.
