The 4.5 branch lacked the fix from
[build] Link libgcjgc with -lrt on Solaris > 8

Since this issue has now been reported as PR boehm-gc/49381, I've
backported the fix to the 4.5 branch after reconfiguring and
successfully building gctest on i386-pc-solaris2.10.
