Hi Tobias,

The NULL pointer check (-fcheck=pointer) was wrong for Fortran 2008: It
is now allowed to pass a null pointer (or not associated allocatables)
to optional arguments to denote absent arguments.

Build and regtested on x86-64-linux.
OK for the trunk?
