I'd prefer that: Solaris 10+/x86 defaults to -fomit-frame-pointer for
improved debuggability (cf. gcc/config/sol2-10.h:
USE_IX86_FRAME_POINTER, USE_X86_64_FRAME_POINTER), so it would be better
leave this to the individual platforms instead.
