I can do that later, if Benjamin doesn't beat me to it (I just need to check out a 4.6 branch) I don't think we can regenerate a single html file, because running 'make doc-html' changes loads of indices and cross-reference URLs, so I always just regenerate the entire doc/html directory and check it all in.
