    libstdc++: Rename std::latch data member
    
    Rename _M_a to match the name of the exposition-only data member shown
    in the standard, i.e. 'counter'.
    
    libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
    
            * include/std/latch (latch::_M_a): Rename to _M_counter.
