    gccrs: ast: Remove PathExpr abstract class
    
    Inherit directly from ExprWithoutBlock instead.
    
    gcc/rust/ChangeLog:
    
            * ast/rust-ast.h (class PathExpr): Remove class.
            * ast/rust-path.h (class PathInExpression): Inherit from 
ExprWithoutBlock.
            (class QualifiedPathInExpression): Likewise.
