    Fortran: Whitespace cleanup in documentation [PR47928]
    
    This is a preparatory patch for the main changes requested in the issue.
    
    gcc/fortran/ChangeLog
            PR fortran/47928
            * intrinsic.texi: Put a blank line between "@item @emph{}"
            subheadings, but not more than one.
