    Doc: Fix Texinfo warning in install.texi
    
    For some time I've been seeing this Texinfo warning in my builds:
    
    .../gcc/doc/install.texi:2295: warning: `.' or `,' must follow @xref, not f
    
    Fixed thusly.
    
    gcc/ChangeLog
            * doc/install.texi: Add missing comma after @xref to fix warning.
