function level [PR65181]

            PR target/65181
            gcc/
            * config/nvptx/nvptx.h (STACK_SAVEAREA_MODE): '#define'.
            * config/nvptx/nvptx.md [!TARGET_SOFT_STACK]
            (save_stack_function): 'define_expand'.
