ada: Fix reproducer generation with child subprograms
This patch fixes a corner case that was not handled correctly by
Generate_Minimal_Reproducer.
gcc/ada/ChangeLog:
* generate_minimal_reproducer.adb (Generate_Minimal_Reproducer):
Fix behavior on child subprograms without specs.
