    c++: use TARGET_EXPR accessors
    
    While futzing around with PR116416 I noticed that we can use
    the _SLOT and _INITIAL macros to make the code more readable.
    
    gcc/c-family/ChangeLog:

            TARGET_EXPR accessors.
