    i386: Fix incorrect avx512f-mask-type.h include
    
    In avx512f-mask-type.h, we need SIZE being defined to get
    MASK_TYPE defined correctly. Fix those testcases where
    SIZE are not defined before the include for avv512f-mask-type.h.
