    optab: Add isnormal_optab for isnormal builtin
    
    gcc/
            * builtins.cc (interclass_mathfn_icode): Set optab to isnormal_optab
            for isnormal builtin.
            * optabs.def (isnormal_optab): New.
            * doc/md.texi (isnormal): Document.
