This is a dup of bug 16861, I found this by looking at .mod for that PR and
looking for similarities (after
seeing the backtrack was similar).
Generic_EvalsAndETAX uses generic_evalgamma and array_bounds.
generic_evalgamma uses array_bounds.
This is what makes this a dup of bug 16861.
