ICE and segmentation fault with user defined type containing 
pointer elements when assigning a parameter object to
a non parameter object.

Happen on gcc version 4.0.0 20041226.

To reproduce, compile the following code:

PROGRAM TEST
IMPLICIT NONE

TYPE typea
   INTEGER, DIMENSION(:) , POINTER :: member => NULL()
END TYPE typea

TYPE(typea), PARAMETER:: undefined_a = typea( NULL())  
TYPE(typea) :: a

a=undefined_a

END PROGRAM TEST

No ICE occurs if the parameter keyword is removed.
