Change the 1 to a 0 to get a different ICE, at least in whatever random 3.4.0 snapshot I have installed (20040107). It's apparently a 0/!0 thing. I have not checked this on a 3.4 release or mainline, though. Here is the what I see after changing the 1 to a 0:
