[Bug fortran/18878] New: Erronous error message on vaild USE statement

gfortran issues an error and exits if a program contains
a USE statement of the form

USE MOD_NAME, ONLY : A => B, C => B

Apparently, gfortran does not like the multiple use of the B
symbol.
