    libgcobol: Update obsolete libtool macro on configure.ac [PR103459]

    AC_LIBTOOL_DLOPEN has been deprecated.  Instead pass the dlopen option
    to LT_INIT.

    This change enables dlopen by default.

    libgcobol/ChangeLog:
            PR bootstrap/103459
            * configure: Regenerate.
            * configure.ac: Remove AC_LIBTOOL_DLOPEN and change LT_INIT to
LT_INIT([dlopen]).
